Membership eligibility
This Plan is available to persons of the age of 60 years and above (Members).
Any person, whether resident in India or outside, can subscribe, as Sponsor, for services under the Plan for the benefit of another person (Member). The benefits under the Plan can be gifted to a Member.
Membership fee and coverage
Services under this Plan are presently available to residents between Bandra to Andheri (including Juhu Scheme area), Mumbai. Membership is free .
Services under the Plan will be extended to residents of other areas of Mumbai on case to case basis with addition of costs towards conveyance. The incremental charge will be intimated on receipt of enquiry (before registration) from the prospective Sponsor/ Member.
Fees:- as per services needed
Optional Services will be at additional charge.
Nomination facility
Fees paid for the Membership are not refundable.
However, in case of change of residence, death of the Member or long term (more than 4 months) absence from the area of coverage of the Plan services, a Member/Sponsor can nominate another person to receive services for the balance Plan Tenure.
If the nominated member desires to undergo baseline tests, additional charges will be agreed upon depending on the tests required to be carried out.
Service commencement
Services under the Plan commence after 7(seven) days of registration and will be determined and communicated to the Member/Sponsor.
Plan tenure
The tenure of the Plan is one year from the date of commencement.
Confidentiality
The information provided/gathered by us will be held in confidentiality and will be shared with the Member and persons authorized by the Member only. The information may be used by us for research purposes.
